  • Air Ticketing: Domestic and international flight bookings at competitive rates. We offer ticketing services for individual and group travelers, including itinerary planning, fare comparison, reservations, and post-booking support.
  • Training Programs: NAVTTC-approved technical and professional training courses designed to enhance employability and prepare workers for international standards. Training covers technical skills, language proficiency, and soft skills development.

3. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all services provided by Candeur:

  • Service Fees: All service fees are clearly communicated before the commencement of any service. Fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Additional charges such as government fees, embassy fees, and third-party costs are separate and will be communicated in advance.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash payments at our office. All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment Schedules: For larger service packages, we may offer installment payment plans. The installment schedule and amounts will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in service suspension or cancellation.
  • Non-Payment: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Outstanding amounts may be referred to a collection agency or legal counsel for recovery, and the user shall be responsible for all collection costs and legal fees incurred.
  • Currency Fluctuations: For services involving foreign currency transactions, the final amount in PKR may be adjusted based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of payment. We use the interbank exchange rate published by the State Bank of Pakistan.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Candeur website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and page layout, is the property of Candeur Manpower & Travel Agency or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from our website without our prior written consent. The Candeur name, logo, and all related names, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Candeur Manpower & Travel Agency. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms. In the event of any legal proceedings, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type and are detailed in our separate Refund Policy. Generally, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation. Service fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (embassy fees, government fees, airline charges, etc.) are subject to the refund policies of the respective third parties. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising. Either party may initiate negotiation by sending written notice to the other party.
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator. The mediation shall be conducted in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with the Pakistan Mediation Act.
  3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or by the Islamabad High Court.
  4. Court Proceedings: If arbitration is not pursued or is unsuccessful, either party may seek legal recourse through the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, as specified in Section 6 of these terms.

Serious violations, including fraud, provision of false documents, misrepresentation, or illegal activities, may result in immediate termination of your account and all pending services, forfeiture of fees paid, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities for legal action. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate response to any violation at our sole discretion and will take all necessary steps to protect our business, our clients, and the integrity of our services.

Can I transfer my service agreement to someone else?

Service agreements are generally non-transferable as they are specific to the individual or organization that entered into the agreement. However, in certain circumstances such as family Umrah package transfers or corporate recruitment order reassignments, transfers may be permitted with our written consent. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any transfer may be subject to additional processing fees. We do not permit transfers where they would violate applicable laws, immigration regulations, or the terms of our agreements with third-party service providers such as airlines and hotels.

How do I report a violation of terms by another user?

If you become aware of any violation of our terms by another user, including fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse of our platform, please report it to us immediately at legal@candeur.com. Please provide as much detail as possible including the user's name, the nature of the violation, any evidence you have, and how it affects you. All reports are investigated confidentially and we will take appropriate action based on our findings. We protect the identity of users who report violations in good faith and encourage you to come forward if you see something that concerns you about another user's activities on our platform.

We create a comprehensive profile with your personal details, educational qualifications, work experience, skills, certifications, language proficiency, and job preferences. Your profile is then entered into our candidate database and matched against current and upcoming opportunities from our network of verified employers worldwide, ensuring that you are considered for positions that match your qualifications and career aspirations.

Assessment & Document Verification

Once registered, our team conducts a thorough assessment of your profile and verifies all documents including your CNIC, passport, educational certificates, professional certifications, experience letters, and any other relevant credentials. We ensure that all documents are authentic, complete, and meet the requirements of your desired destination country and employer. Our documentation team guides you through any missing or expired documents and helps with obtaining renewed or updated credentials if needed. Educational certificates are sent for attestation to the relevant boards, Higher Education Commission, and foreign ministries as required. We maintain digital copies of all verified documents for easy retrieval and future reference, reducing the need for you to provide the same documents repeatedly. Job Matching & Interview Preparation

Our recruitment team actively matches your profile with suitable job vacancies from our extensive network of employer partners. When a promising match is identified, we present you with detailed information about the position including job responsibilities, salary package, benefits, working conditions, accommodation, transportation, and all other terms and conditions. You have the opportunity to review each opportunity and accept or decline based on your preferences. Once you accept, we submit your profile to the employer for consideration. Selected candidates are invited for interviews which may be conducted in person at our offices, via video call, or through direct employer visits. We provide comprehensive interview preparation guidance including information about the employer, common interview questions, cultural considerations, and tips for presenting your qualifications effectively. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully prepared and confident for every interview opportunity that comes your way.

Offer Acceptance & Contract Review

Upon successful selection by the employer, you receive a formal job offer and employment contract. Our legal team reviews the contract to ensure it complies with Pakistani labor laws and the destination country's regulations, and that all terms are fair and protect your interests. We explain every clause of the contract to you in simple Urdu, including salary details, working hours, overtime compensation, accommodation and transportation provisions, medical insurance coverage, annual leave entitlement, termination conditions, and any other rights and obligations. You sign the contract only after you fully understand and agree with all terms and conditions. The signed contract is then attested by the relevant government authorities including the Overseas Employment Promoter, the foreign ministry, and the destination country's embassy as required, ensuring legal validity and enforceability in both Pakistan and the destination country where you will be employed.
