This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and adjustments are processed. By using our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Cancellation Terms

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. The following cancellation terms apply to our various services:

Manpower Recruitment Services

Employers may cancel a recruitment order within 7 business days of submission without incurring any charges. After 7 days, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of processing. Orders that have already been offered to candidates or where visa processing has commenced are subject to a 25% processing fee. Orders where candidates have been selected, interviewed, or are in the final stages of documentation are subject to a 50% fee. Once deployment documentation has been submitted to government authorities, cancellations are non-refundable.

Air Ticketing

Airline ticket refunds are governed by the fare rules and policies of the respective airlines. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded but may be eligible for partial use of taxes and fees. Refundable tickets will be processed according to the airline's refund policy less our service fee of PKR 2,500 per ticket. Name changes are generally not permitted on issued tickets. Date changes are subject to airline change fees plus applicable fare differences.

Visa Processing

Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy or visa processing center. Government visa fees are subject to embassy policies and are non-refundable once paid. If a visa application is rejected, our service charges for the processing already completed are non-refundable, but we offer a discounted rate for re-applications. If we are unable to process your visa application due to incomplete documentation or misrepresentation by the applicant, no refund will be issued.

Umrah and Hajj Packages

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: full refund less 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: no refund. Visa fees, airline charges, and hotel cancellation fees as levied by third-party providers are deducted from the refund amount. If we cancel the package due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, or political instability, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.

Training Programs

Cancellations made 7 days before course start date: full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before course start date: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before course start date or after course commencement: no refund. If we cancel a training program, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session.

2. Refund Timelines

Once a refund request is approved, we process refunds within the following timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original card used for payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer are processed within 7-14 business days after approval. Please ensure you provide accurate bank account details to avoid delays in transfer.
  • Mobile Wallet Payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be sent to the same mobile wallet account used for the original payment.
  • Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments are processed via bank transfer or can be collected from our office within 10 business days of approval. Please bring your original receipt and valid identification.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. The following situations may qualify for special consideration:

  • Medical Emergencies: If you or an immediate family member experiences a medical emergency that prevents you from traveling or using our services, we may provide a partial or full refund upon submission of valid medical certificates and supporting documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually.
  • Death of Passenger or Family Member: In the unfortunate event of death, we will provide a full refund of all recoverable amounts. A certified copy of the death certificate will be required for processing.
  • Visa Denial (for services not related to visa processing): If you are unable to travel due to visa denial and have booked other services with us, we will refund the service charges minus any non-recoverable third-party costs. Proof of visa denial must be provided.
  • Government Travel Advisories: If a government travel advisory is issued that specifically prohibits travel to your destination, we will offer a full refund or option to reschedule without penalty. We will notify affected customers as soon as such advisories come to our attention.
  • Service Failure by Candeur: If we fail to deliver a service you have paid for due to our error or oversight, you will receive a full refund plus a 10% compensation for the inconvenience caused.

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within 14 days of the event and must include relevant supporting documentation. We will respond to your request within 5-7 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution Process

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may initiate our dispute resolution process:

Step 1: Internal Review

What happens if Candeur cancels my service?

If we need to cancel a service due to circumstances within our control, such as an error on our part or inability to deliver the service as promised, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid plus a 10% compensation for the inconvenience caused. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, or airline schedule changes, we will offer a full refund of recoverable amounts or the option to reschedule or transfer to an alternative service without any penalty. We will communicate all options to you clearly and promptly so you can make the best decision for your situation.

Are there any services that are completely non-refundable?

Yes, certain services are non-refundable once processing has commenced. Government fees for visa applications, embassy fees, airline tickets purchased under non-refundable fare classes, travel insurance policies, and medical examination fees are generally non-refundable once paid to third parties on your behalf. Our service charges for work already performed, such as document verification, application preparation, and embassy submissions, are also non-refundable. Assessment & Document Verification

Once registered, our team conducts a thorough assessment of your profile and verifies all documents including your CNIC, passport, educational certificates, professional certifications, experience letters, and any other relevant credentials. We ensure that all documents are authentic, complete, and meet the requirements of your desired destination country and employer. Our documentation team guides you through any missing or expired documents and helps with obtaining renewed or updated credentials if needed. Educational certificates are sent for attestation to the relevant boards, Higher Education Commission, and foreign ministries as required. Job Matching & Interview Preparation

Our recruitment team actively matches your profile with suitable job vacancies from our extensive network of employer partners. When a promising match is identified, we present you with detailed information about the position including job responsibilities, salary package, benefits, working conditions, accommodation, transportation, and all other terms and conditions. You have the opportunity to review each opportunity and accept or decline based on your preferences. Once you accept, we submit your profile to the employer for consideration. Selected candidates are invited for interviews which may be conducted in person at our offices, via video call, or through direct employer visits. We provide comprehensive interview preparation guidance including information about the employer, common interview questions, cultural considerations, and tips for presenting your qualifications effectively. Offer Acceptance & Contract Review

Upon successful selection by the employer, you receive a formal job offer and employment contract. Our legal team reviews the contract to ensure it complies with Pakistani labor laws and the destination country's regulations, and that all terms are fair and protect your interests. We explain every clause of the contract to you in simple Urdu, including salary details, working hours, overtime compensation, accommodation and transportation provisions, medical insurance coverage, annual leave entitlement, termination conditions, and any other rights and obligations.
